Citrus and Honey Fish

Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. In a small pan, add orange juice, lemon juice, garlic and honey, and bring to the boil. Bubble gently for a couple of minutes.
  2. In the meantime, pat dry fish fillets with kitchen paper, then dust with seasoned flour.
  3. In a large frying pan, heat oil then cook fish for a couple of mins on each side, till golden brown.
  4. You may need to cook in batches; in which case keep them warm in the oven.
  5. Season sauce with freshly ground black pepper and soy sauce, then stir in cilantro. Pour over the fish to serve.
