Ingredients:

  • 1 cup sugar
  • 1/2 cup corn syrup
  • 1/4 cup water
  • 1/2 tsp cinnamon
  • 1/2 cup cream or 1/2 cup evaporated milk

Directions:

  1. Bring sugar, corn syrup, water and cinnamon to a boil.
  2. Boil 2 minutes.
  3. Let cool 5 minutes.
  4. Then add 1/2 cup Cream or evaporated milk.
