Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees F.
  2. Peel sweet potatoes and then slice into French fry style sticks.
  3. Line a jelly roll pan with a sheet of baker's parchment paper.
  4. Toss sweet potato fries in a bowl with olive oil to coat sweet potatoes.
  5. Lie sweet potato fries on to the parchment paper.
  6. Sprinkle with salt.
  7. Use 1.5 teaspoons worth of cinnamon and sprinkle sweet potato fries.
  8. Bake them for 20 minutes, then turn them over.
  9. Sprinkle salt and remaining cinnamon on the fries.
  10. Bake them for an additional 30 minutes.
  11. Serve and enjoy!
