Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. ) Preheat the oven to 375 F & prepare round 10-inch springform pan
  2. ) Finally proceed 13 oz of the crackers and mix with melted butter untill incorporated
  3. ) Spread mixture in the springform & bake for 10-12 minutes untill golden and firm
  4. ) Cool down the crust of the cake
  5. ) Pour cold water over gelatine and put aside for 15 minutes
  6. ) Meanwhile, beat 12 oz of the cream cheese with 3 oz of the white sugar
  7. ) Add salt, cinnamon and vanilla - beat untill incorporated
  8. ) Mix in apple sauce
  9. ) Melt gelatine over shimmering water and properly whiski into cream cheese mixture
  10. ) Beat the whipping cream with 2 oz of the white sugar and fold into cream cheese mixture
  11. ) Pour mixture into springform over the crust
  12. ) Cool down in the fridge for 3-5 hours
