Cinnamon Raisin Muffins

Ingredients:

  • 3/4 tsp. baking soda
  • 1/2 tsp. salt
  • 1/4 cup. honey
  • 2 eggs
  • 1/3 cup. olive oil
  • 1 cup. applesauce
  • 1 tsp. vanilla
  • 4 tsp. cinnamon
  • 1/2 tsp. nutmeg
  • 1/3 cup. raisins

Directions:

  1. Pour all ingredients into large bowl, except raisins.
  2. Stir until well blended.
  3. Stir in raisins.
  4. Spoon into paper lined muffin trays
  5. Bake at 350 F for 15 min.
  6. **Makes 1 dozen.
