Ingredients:

  • 1 cup sugar
  • 1/2 cup cinnamon
  • 2 tbsp water
  • 1/4 tsp vanilla
  • 3 cups pecan halves

Directions:

  1. Combine all ingredients except pecans.Dissolve sugar over medium heat.Add pecans and continue cooking, stirring frequently. Cook until pecans are completely sugared with no syrup left in the pot.Spread on waxed paper and let cool.
