Ingredients:

  • 2 tbsp firmly packed brown sugar
  • 2 tbsp milk
  • 1 egg
  • 1/2 tsp baking soda
  • 1/4 tsp salt

Directions:

  1. Combine sugar, milk, butter, and egg in a small mixing bowl. Beat at medium speed of an electric mixer until smooth. Combine flour, soda, salt, and cinnamon; add to sugar mixture, beating until smooth.
