Cindy's Favorite Shepherd's Pie

Ingredients:

  • 3 (10 oz) cans tomato soup
  • 1 tbsp italian seasoning
  • 1 tsp oregano
  • 32 oz already prepared cheddar mashed potatoes

Directions:

  1. Cook ground beef, drain and crumble meat.
  2. Cook frozen vegetables according to directions.
  3. Add vegetables, soups, seasonings to meat and simmer 5 minutes.
  4. Pour into a greased casserole dish.
  5. Warm up potatoes and put on top.
  6. Dot butter on top and salt and pepper to taste.
  7. Bake at 350 degrees in oven for 20 to 25 minutes until bubbly and potatoes have started to brown.
