Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Place the squash and the onion in a greased 13x9x2 baking dish. Combine the cider, oil, brown sugar, salt, pepper and nutmeg; pour over squash mixture.
  2. Cover and bake at 450º for 35 minutes or until tender, stirring every 10 minutes.
  3. Yield 4-6 servings
