Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Brown steak in nonstick spray or a little oil.
  2. When it's almost done, add the seasoning mix - or fresh onions and/or peppers, diced.
  3. Saute till veggies and steak are done.
  4. Add seasonings and water, stir well, and saute until water is nearly gone - it will condense to a tasty thick sauce.
  5. Cut roll of bread lengthwise and spread with mayo.
  6. Add meat mixture, any veggies you like, and enjoy!
