  1. Wash and finely chop cranberries.
  2. Chop nuts.
  3. Wash and halve the grapes.
  4. Put chopped ingredients into a bowl.
  5. Add vanilla and sugar.
  6. You can make this part a day ahead of serving Just before serving:.
  7. Whip the cream, after it is whipped, add the 1 tablespoon instant pudding, blend well.
  8. Cube the cream cheese into little bite size pieces.
  9. Add the whipped cream to the chopped ingredients and then fold in the cream cheese cubes.
  10. Enjoy.
