Ingredients:

  • 2 tbsp oil
  • 11 1/4 fl oz dark beer ( guinness)
  • 1 (2 oz) package onion soup mix (lipton )
  • 2 tsp salt

Directions:

  1. Fry the garlic and the meat with the oil until brown in a medium pot.
  2. Mix beer, soup mix and salt in a blender.
  3. Pour it on top of the meat and let it simmer for about 2 hours, turn the meat every 1/2 hour.
