Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Preheat oven to 350.
  2. Combine all powdered ingredients.
  3. Ground wheat germ & flax seeds and add to powdered ingredients.
  4. Add 2 eggs.
  5. Add remaining liquid ingredients.
  6. Shred carrots & add.
  7. Stir just until mixed.
  8. Pour into greased muffin tin.
  9. Bake for 25-30 minutes.
