Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Preheat oven to 350*.
  2. Using a food processor, mix cheeses, flour, butter, salt and cayenne pepper till blended.
  3. Add water and mix rapidly till dough leaves the sides of bowl.
  4. Divide dough into thirds and roll on lightly floured surface to 1/8 thickness.
  5. Cut out with Christmas tree cookie cutter, or similar holiday cutter -
  6. Place on ungreased cookie sheet, brush with beaten egg, sprinkle with desired amounts of parmesan cheese and parsley flakes.
  7. Bake for 8-9 minutes and then remove to racks.
