Ingredients:

  • 1 bag of romain hearts
  • 7-8 slices of cooked & crumbled bacon
  • 1/2 cup. sunflower seeds
  • 1 cup. mayo
  • 1/3 cup. vinegar
  • 1/2 cup. sugar

Directions:

  1. Empty bag of romain hearts into bowl; Cut up broccoli,cauliflower, tomato's & red onion into bite size peices and put all into bowl.
  2. Cook bacon, let cool and crumble. In separate small bowl, add; mayo, vinegar, & sugar..(taste to see if you need to add more sugar or vinegar) add flax seed meal (optional) and sunflower seeds, mix well; pour over salad and toss. Just before serving; add bacon.
