Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Mix everything but the tortillas together in a large bowl.
  2. Heat oil or butter in a large pan.
  3. Spread a thin layer of bean mixture over half of tortilla.
  4. Fold in half and brown on each side.
  5. Cut into wedges.
  6. We really like this served with (Cheesy Salsa Rice) on the side.
