Directions:

  1. Preheat Waffle Iron
  2. In a large bowl mix together baking powder, salt, sugar, and cocoa.
  3. Stir the milk, egg yolks, and oil into the mixture.
  4. DO NOT OVER MIX. Mix until everything is together, and then let it rest.
  5. Whip egg whites (while other mixture is resting) until stiff.
  6. Combine with mixture, DO NOT OVER MIX.
  7. Ladle a reasonable amount onto your waffle iron and cook until no steam is escaping.
