Chocolate Cornbread

Ingredients:

  • 2/3 cup flour
  • 2/3 cup fine cornmeal
  • 2/3 cup sugar
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1 large egg
  • 1/3 cup corn oil
  • 1 cup milk

Directions:

  1. Mix all dry ingredients together.
  2. Mix all wet ingredients together.
  3. Combine both til mixed well.
  4. Pour into a greased 8x8 inch baking dish.
  5. Bake at 400 degrees for about 25-35 minutes or til center of bread springs back when light pressed.
