Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Crust:
  2. Preheat oven to 375 degrees.
  3. Combine cookie crumbs with butter or maragarine in medium bowl.
  4. Press evenly in bottom of 9 inch tort or pie plate.
  5. If necessary, use wooden spoon to press crust inot place.
  6. Bake for 10 minutes.
  7. Cool on a wire rack.
  8. Filling:
  9. Melt caramels on stove or in microwave,stirring frequently. Stir in cream and remove from heat
  10. Stir in pecans.
  11. Spread evenly in prepared crust
  12. Refrigerate at least 10 minutes.
  13. Topping:
  14. Melt chocolate chips on stove or in microwave. Stir in cream and drizzle over filling. Refrigerate at least 1 hour. Makes 12 servings.
