Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Combine butter, icing sugar and chocolate chips in a microwavable bowl.
  2. Microwave on low to melt - do not cook.
  3. Stir in beaten eggs and salt until thick and smooth.
  4. Add rum and crumbs then mix well.
  5. Refrigerate until mixture is stiff enough to form balls (about 3 hours).
  6. Roll balls in chocolate shots, ground nuts or coconut.
  7. Chill.
