Ingredients:

  • 1 (6 oz) crate fresh raspberries
  • 1 cup 2% low-fat milk
  • 4 tsp chambord raspberry liquor
  • 4 tsp cocoa powder ( i used hershey's)

Directions:

  1. Blend it all together and enjoy!
