Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Grease and flour tube pan.
  2. Beat sugar, butter, and cream cheese in large bowl on medium speed until fluffy.
  3. Beat in flavorings and salt. Beat in eggs, one at a time (1 minute each).
  4. Mix cake flour and cocoa. Stir in flour/cocoa mixture a little at a time; beat only until smooth Spread batter in pan.
  5. Bake in tube pan in 300 degree oven about 1 hours and 30 minutes. Cool 10 minutes; remove from pan and cool completely. Spread Chocolate glaze over cake.
  6. Chocolate Glaze; Beat 2 1/4 cups sifted powdered sugar, 3 tablespoons cocoa, 1/4 cup butter and 3 to 4 tablespoons milk until smooth.
  7. NOTES: I use 1 1/2 sticks of margarine and 1 stick unsalted butter.
  8. Place a 2 cup pyrex container with cold water in the oven beside the cake pan for moisture.
