Chocolate Peanut Butter Pizza

Ingredients:

  1. Preheat oven to 350. Lightly grease a 13-14 inch pizza pan; set aside.
  2. In a large mixing bowl beat butter and shortening for 30 seconds. Add the sugar, baking powder, and salt. Beat until combined, scraping sides of bowl occasionally.
  3. Beat in egg and vanilla until combined.
  4. Beat in as much flour as you can with the mixer. Stir in any remaining flour.
  5. Pat dough into prepared pan, building up edges slightly.
  6. Bake about 12 minutes.
  7. Sprinkle with chopped peanut butter cups and peanuts.
  8. Bake about 5 min more or until crust is golden. Cool on a wire rack. Cut pizza into wedges.
