Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper
  2. Divide the marzipan into three ,kneading each piece to make it soft
  3. To the first piece add the cherries ,on a surface lightly dusted with the icing sugar ,set aside
  4. To the second piece add the ginger,in the same way ,set aside
  5. To the third piece add the apricots ,in the same way,set aside
  6. Form each flavoured portion into tiny balls ,keep them separately
  7. Melt the dark chocolate in a double boiler
  8. Dip one of each flavored ball into the melted chocolate,using a toothpick,allow the extra chocolate to drip into pot
  9. Carefully place in clusters of three ,using one of each flavour ,on baking tray
  10. Chill until set
  11. Melt the white chocolate and drizzle on
  12. Dust with edible gold dust / icing sugar
