Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Cream to gether beaten eggs,suagr and flour.
  2. Scald milk ans mix a little with chocolate,making a smooth paste.
  3. Add the balance of the milk,and pour over the egg mixture.
  4. Cook in a double boiler,stirring until a custard.
  5. Add 1 1/2 cups of sugar to custard and cool
  6. Then add vanilla,salt and quart of cream
  7. Put in the freezer and freeze
  8. Note:
  9. If you freeze fresh fruit,may i suggest that you defrost them about halfway when ready to serve.If you defrost them completely,the become soft and flabby and lose some of their flavor.
