Ingredients:

  • 1 cup sugar
  • 1/2 cup milk
  • 3/4 cup butter

Directions:

  1. Mix sugar, milk, and butter in a saucepan. Bring to a boil. Let boil for 1 minute. Reduce heat; stir in chocolate chips. Keep stirring until well blended and chocolate has melted. Cool, then spread on bars.
