Ingredients:

  • 2 cup sugar
  • 3/4 cup cocoa
  • 1/2 cup oil
  • 2 tsp vanilla
  • 2 cup flour
  • 1/2 tsp salt

Directions:

  1. Mix sugar, cocoa and oil together.
  2. Add eggs one at a time, beating after each egg.
  3. Add remaining ingredients and mix until well blended.
  4. Chill dough several hours or overnight. Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
  5. Drop teaspoonfuls into powdered sugar and roll into a ball.
  6. Place about 2 inches apart on a greased baking sheet. Bake 8
  7. Minutes at 350 degrees. Do not over bake.
