  1. 1. Beat butter in a bowl on medium-high speed for 2 minutes or until smooth. Add splenda, beating until creamy. Add egg, egg yolk and vanilla beating well. Stir in melted chocolate. Stir in flour and chopped walnuts. Cover and chill 1 hour.
  2. 2. Preheat over to 350°F Shape dough into 1 inch balls. Place on cookie sheets. Press a walnut half into each dough ball. Bake 10 to 12 minutes or until edges are lightly browned. Cool completely on a wire rack.
