  1. Make cake by combining mix, water, oil and eggs and bake in a greased 11x15 pan at 350° until done, approximately 20 to 25 minutes.
  2. Let cool.
  3. Make chocolate pudding by combining pudding mix with milk and cook until thick.
  4. Let pudding cool and pour over the cake.
  5. Let chill for at least one hour, then cover pudding with Cool Whip and sprinkle with chopped walnuts.
