Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Preheat a domestic oven to 180 Degrees Celsius and line 3 baking trays or sheets with baking paper.
  2. In a large glass or metal mixing bowl, cream the butter and sugar.
  3. Add egg and stir until runny.
  4. Next add the self raising flour and mix with your hands.(If mixture is too wet add a tablespoon of flour and mix until it forms a soft dough, read notes).
  5. Using a teaspoon, scoop dough and roll, place on the baking trays.
  6. Get a fork and dip it into flour and gently press down dough.
  7. Next press about 5 M&Ms into each cookies.
  8. Bake for 10-15 minutes or until golden brown.
  9. Remove from oven and leave for 5 minutes to harden up.
  10. Transfer to a cooling rack and cool for a further 5 minutes. ♥♥Enjoy!♥♥.
