Ingredients:

  • 1/2 cup white sugar
  • 1/4 tsp salt
  • 1 cup milk
  • 1/3 cup butter melted
  • 1 egg

Directions:

  1. Preheat oven 375 degrees F. Mix together dry ingredients, then add liquid ingredients. Add chocolate chips last. Like pancakes, do NOT overstir, this toughens the muffins. Bake for 25 minutes.
