Chocolate Chip Cake (No Eggs No Milk)

Ingredients:

  • 2 cups flour
  • 1 cup sugar
  • 3/4 tsp baking soda
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1 cup club soda
  • 2 tbsp vinegar
  • 1 tsp vanilla

Directions:

  1. Mix first five ingredients in a bowl.
  2. Make a well in the middle of the dry ingredients and pour next three ingredients. Blend well with the dry ingredients.
  3. Pour batter in an 8-inch greased and floured pan and bake at 375°c for 30 minutes.
