Ingredients:

  • 1 1/2 cups skim milk
  • 4 tbsp splenda granular
  • 2 tbsp cocoa powder
  • 1/3 cup chia seeds
  • whipped cream , berries , etc

Directions:

  1. Whisk milk, Splenda, cocoa powder and extract until smooth. Stir in chia seeds. Divide evenly between 4 dishes. Let sit at room temperature for 2 hours.
