Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. In a bowl, soft together the flour, sugar, BP and salt.
  2. Stir in the rind, chips and almonds.
  3. Combine the mixture well and stir in the chopped cherries.
  4. In a small bowl, whisk together the milk, oil, butter and egg.
  5. Add this to the flour mixture.
  6. Stir until batter is just combined.
  7. Fill sprayed muffin cups.
  8. Bake at 400 deg. for 20-25 minute
  9. Makes 12 muffins.
