Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Preheat oven to 350º
  2. In large mixer bowl, beat butter, brown sugar and baking soda.
  3. Add eggs and 1 teaspoon vanilla; mix well.
  4. Stir in flour and oats; mix well.
  5. Press 2/3 of the oat mixture on bottom of 15x10-inch baking pan. Stir together sweetened condensed milk and remaining vanilla. Spread filling evenly over oat mixture.
  6. Stir almond brickle pieces into remaining oat mixture; with spoon, dot over filling.
  7. Bake 20 to 25 minutes or until top is lightly browned.
  8. Cool.
  9. Cut into bars.
  10. Store covered at room temperature.
