Ingredients:

  • 1 cup skim milk
  • 1/3 cup ice
  • 1 tsp cinnamon

Directions:

  1. Put stuff in blender
  2. Blend until smooth
  3. Pour into glass
  4. Shake on some cinnamon.
  5. Drink slowly.
