Ingredients:

  1. Soften the cream cheese and then whip it. I use a blender at low speed. Drain the chipoltes and cut up into small pieces. Add them to the cheese as well as the tomatoes. Add the spices and mix. Taste and add more spices based on your tastebuds. I like mine spicy so might add more chili powder or even cayenne pepper. Serve with tortilla chips or I like it with Triscuits.
  2. I was trying to find a way to make my own Rondele spreadable cheese this flavor because theirs is $6.99 per container.
