Directions:

  1. Combine cheese, lemon juice, garlic powder and cayenne in food processor. Sitr in half the nuts. Shape in a roll about 1 1/2 diameter. Mix chili powder, remaining pecans and paprika together and roll the log in this mixture. Chill. Let stand at room temperature for 10 minutes before serving. Serve with crackers.
