Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Combine everything except chicken and scallions. Pour mixture over the chicken and marinate in the refrigerator for 2-4 hours.,turning frquently. After marinating,drain chicken and reserve marinade. Roast whole chicken at 350 for 11/2 hours(1 hour if using parts). To serve, heat reserved marinade in a saucepan and pour over chicken. Garnish with chopped scallions
