Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. In a wok stir-fry the shallots, garlic, green pepper and celery for 3 min
  2. Add beansprouts and stir-fry another 2 min.
  3. Add the prawns and cook for a further min.
  4. Let cool
  5. Add the beaten eggs
  6. Add oil to the pan
  7. When hot ladle one 1/4 of the mix to the oil and fry for 2 min
  8. Carefully turn over and cook the other side
  9. Drain and keep warm while cooking the rest
  10. Serve warm with sweet chilli sauce
