Ingredients:

  • 3/4 cup peach jam
  • 2 tbsp plum jam
  • 3 garlic cloves
  • 5 tbsp rice vinegar
  • 1 tsp gingerroot, peeled and minced
  • 1/2 tsp soy sauce

Directions:

  1. Put all ingredients in a blender and process until smooth.
  2. Refrigerate a few hours before using.
