Chinese Confinement Egg Omelette With Sesame Oil

Ingredients:

  • 2 eggs
  • 1 tbsp water

Directions:

  1. In a small bowl, combine eggs, water and salt by whipping lightly with a fork.
  2. Heat a wok over medium heat, add sesame oil, sautï¿1/2 garlic and ginger till fragrant.
  3. Pour in egg mixture and fry until cooked, turning over occasionally.
  4. Serve as a sandwich for breakfast or with rice for lunch.
