Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Preheat oven to 400 degrees.
  2. Core the onion.
  3. Mix the chopped onion cores with bread crumbs, celery, cornmeal, butter, chili powder and oregano.
  4. Fill each onion with filling and place in baking dish.
  5. Add water to dish and cover with foil.
  6. Bake until onions are tender-about 35-40 minutes.
