Directions:

  1. Mix softened cream cheese with cheddar cheese, pineapple, green chilies and 1/2 cup pecans
  2. Form into a ball and roll in a mixture of chopped pecans and chili powder
  3. Chill for 2-3 hours
  4. Serve with assorted crackers
