Ingredients:

  • 6 cups chili
  • 3 cups instant rice (minute rice seems to work the best.)

Directions:

  1. Mix the chilli and rice in a 9x18 cassarole dish.
  2. Top with cheese.
  3. Bake at 350 degrees for 30-45 minutes.
