Ingredients:

  • litre - 1/2 lbs. ground beef
  • 1 medium onion, chopped
  • 1 large can chili beans
  • 3 or 4 jalepeno's, chopped (optional)

Directions:

  1. Saute' beef, onion and cilantro
  2. Add chili beans
  3. Add jalepeno's
  4. Bring to light boil then turn down heat and simmer for about 1 hour.
  5. Serve in bowls or more fun.........make burritos with this filling........
