Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Brown meat in large stock pot, salt and pepper well
  2. Add chopped onions and cook until becoming clear/cooked
  3. Add chopped green pepper and stir thoroughly
  4. Cook together until grease and water cook off over medium heat
  5. Drain and rinse kidney beans and add to pot
  6. Add V8 vegetable juice and chopped celery to pot, stir thoroughly
  7. Lay celery top (leafy part of the stalk) on the top of the surface
  8. Sprinkle chili powder on the entire surface to get a thin coating.
  9. Cover and reduce to low, simmering for at least 30 minutes. The longer it simmers, the more tender and delicious it is.
