Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. On high heat, sautee half the minced garlic in oil until golden brown.
  2. Add half the diced onions; sautee until traslucent.
  3. Add ground beef and break it up while it is cooking.
  4. Cook until beef is thoroughly cooked.
  5. Add chili seasoning to taste.
  6. Add all canned ingredients, including the liquids in them.
  7. Add salt and pepper to taste.
  8. When boiling, reduce heat to medium and add remaining garlic and onion.
  9. Boil for 15-20 minutes until sauce thickens a little.
