Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Pour most of the chile verde sauce into a large glass bowl (about 5/6)
  2. Put the 1 lb of meat into the bowl of chile verde, mix it around and let it soak
  3. Roughly chop the onions and jalapenos and shred the cheese
  4. Take the rest of the chile verde and 1 tsp of veggie oil, put them in a small skillet, and turn to medium heat
  5. Once hot, add in the onion and jalapenos
  6. Cook until onions slightly brown and then add the cheese
  7. Take the cheezy stuff off the heat when cheese is melted
  8. While the onions are browning and cheese melting, separate the soaked meat into 4 patties
  9. Once the cheese is melted, put half of the cheese/onions/jalapenos on one patty and the other half on another patty
  10. Then take the patties without the cheese and put them on top of the cheesed patties
  11. Mold down the edges to form two fat patties with no cheese showing
  12. Then take the two cheese filled patties and put them on an oiled pan and cook on medium-low heat until cooked all the way through
  13. Flipping occasionally
  14. Once the patties are done, spread guacamole on the buns and put the patties on the buns
  15. EAT!
