Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Cut the tortillas into small squares about an inch big.
  2. Heat the oil and fry the tortillas squares until golden brown.
  3. To make the sauce, boil the three tomatoes and the chiles de arbol until soft.( take a fork and stick it into the tomato, if it goes through with no trouble, it is ready). Then put that in a blender along with the garlic clove and the salt.
  4. Pour out about 2 tablespoons of the oil you fried the tortillas into another pan( or the same one, just get rid of most of the oil) and pour the sauce mix into the pan.
  5. When it's really boiling, throw in the fried tortilla chips and simmer them for about two minutes. Then turn of the heat and cover the pan for about 10 minutes.
  6. After the tortilla chips become soft, add some parmesan cheese over it.
  7. And serve.
